To whom it may concern,

My name is Isabel Esparza, and I am interested in some Human Resources position for your plant in Aguascalientes, Mex., I am a Organizational Communication graduate from Aguascalientes Autonomous University in 2004. During 20 years I’ve performed as a HR Specialist in some of the most important companies in México.

I have had the opportunity to specialize in operative staff massive recruitment, trainning, labor relationships, in companies as Nestlé, Cemex, Megacable, Vallen, etc.

But, it is important to complement field experience with a constant trainning, so I have kept trainning with refresher courses in HR topics, for example, in NOM 035, latest reforms in federal labor law, English (avanced level) etc.
