Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflows.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet manufacturing goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff to optimize their skills and productivity.
• Evaluate production performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to maintain product quality standards and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain production reports detailing operational performance and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of production management systems and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English desired.
